March 2010 Ohhh yeah, the instructors find a steel pier to chill out on, add in a 5 mile log carry, a bear crawl march, lots and lots of fun on the beach including a three-body pull/drag, learning the combat side stroke, hand-to-hand combat, staying under cover and of course to never ever quit. December 17, 2010 “The Mean 14″ endured the cold surf, endless ‘Chilly Dips’, bear crawls, belly flops, carrying ‘Misery Loves Company’, the PST, the double-beach-buddy drag, lessons in CSS and Jiu jitsu and plenty of time with a zodiac. March 2011 The instructors deliver on their promise of ‘the most authentic “Hellweek-like” experience there is’. 3 hours of Log PT, Open Ocean Swims, Surf Conditioning, Introduction to the Mud Flats, It Pays to be a Winner, and a valuable lesson in what it means to “Take care of your gear and your gear will take care of you” Spring Break SEALStrong at Clearwater Beach and the toasty warm (69 degrees) waters of the Gulf of Mexico. HOOYAH 311!
